I’ve been ordering from TWM for years now. Just a preface, this review is more about the service overall than the product itself. The product is always great in terms of quality, I’ve never had a complaint in terms of what I’ve bought. These cartridges, well, they do the job. Well. It gave me the perfect combination of an extensive body buzz as well as a fairly psychedelic high. But that’s not what I wanted to talk about because that’s not what stands out about TWM. To me, what has always stood out and set TWM apart from other sites is the amazing service. Each time I’ve bought, I’ve received a text message personally letting me know that everything is good and will be sent shortly and a photo of my package. The few times there’s been an issue, and I do mean few over years, it’s been something beyond either party’s control like banking. Regardless of that, TWM would reach out with instant clarification and extremely apologetic despite it not being their fault in any way. I’ve been loaded up with extra little bonuses with my order, sometimes in an unnecessary effort to apologize for one of these few times, and other times just because. Like, it’s to the point where I as the customer start to feel bad about it and insist that it’s not needed. Yet, those little gifts continue.
I quit smoking for a couple years, and within a few months, I got a really unexpected message from TWM to just reach out and offer a discount. It was really sweet and personable and really made me feel valued as a customer. They have done everything possible to ensure that I will be a loyal customer for as long as possible and I can’t think of any other business I would genuinely say that of. And recently, in starting to smoke a bit every weekend or two, I came back to TWM and found the same above and beyond, incredible customer service and personal touch.
Quality, consistency, loyalty, transparency, support and dedication are the words that come to mind when I think of TWM. I would usually use whatever site I happened upon at the time, but it was this site that earned my loyalty as a customer, truly. I want to thank anyone and everyone involved with the operation of such a fantastic business. They get an 11/10 rating from me.
